If you would like to register a Wheels In Motion event for June 2010, please fill out the following Event Registration Form and send to us by email or fax. IMPORTANT: In submitting the registration form you are agreeing to the Rick Hansen Wheels In Motion Event Policies. Please read the Event Polices contained in the above Event Registration form before submitting. Update Your Event Information
To send us updated information for an event that is already registered (such as location, time, local contact), please fill out the Event Update Form. This information will be posted on your Event Location webpage. Identify Your Event Committee Members
Identify the Leader, Co-Leader, Media Relations, Honourary Chair, and other committee members for your event by filling out the Event Committee Members Form.
